The Authentic Light Orchestra was founded by multi-instrumentalist Valeri Tolstov in 2009 combining different musical genres such as jazz, rock, elements of Armenian folk, modern classics and live electronics. Taken together, they produce an original interpretation of Armenian music, taking a fresh view on folk music and creating new musical language and a distinctive sound. In Nebraska, they will be joined with many of the festival’s artists for a mash-up unlike anything you’ve heard before!
